Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Colorado OT license (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
  • Previous school-based experience or familiarity with IEP processes
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, especially with COTAs
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students in grades K–12 across several school buildings
  • Conduct evaluations and participate as a collaborative IEP Team member
  • Supervise and cooperate with an in-district COTA
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
