Qualifications:

  • Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a K-12 caseload of approximately 74 students
  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and complete evaluations
  • Serve students across three assigned schools (K-12 age range)
  • Collaborate with a team including two OTs and a COTA
  • Opportunity for 1-2 days remote work if caseload allows (to be discussed during interview)
  • Maintain regular documentation and communication with educational staff and families
