  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years recent Occupational Therapy experience in a hospital setting
  • Active California OT license required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Outstanding assessment, intervention, and communication abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse patient population
  • Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy, monitoring progress and adapting approaches as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards
  • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
