Step into a pivotal role supporting elementary students through an extended maternity leave coverage as an onsite Occupational Therapist. Key Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license (required by start date)
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings
  • Familiarity with elementary student caseloads, including direct service and consultative models
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students per IEP requirements
  • Develop individualized treatment plans addressing each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate optimal student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, goals, and student progress
  • Support students’ functional independence and participation in daily school activities
  • Participate in IEP meetings as required, contributing expertise and recommendations
