Qualifications:

  • Current and valid ESA certificate through OSPI
  • Experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and staff teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services for approximately sixty students across districtwide age groups
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate OT goals into educational programming
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state standards
  • Offer consultation and support for adaptive equipment, classroom accessibility, and student participation strategies
