Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals and interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and strategies
• Advocate for student needs and promote self-advocacy and skill development
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines

Desired Qualifications:
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
• Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
• Strong ability to build rapport and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be able to work onsite at the designated location
