Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Previous experience providing OT services in school environments
  • Comfortable working full-time, 37.5 hours per week; part-time candidates are not eligible
  • Proficiency supporting students with autism and behavioral challenges preferred
  • Ability to pass drug screening and a comprehensive background check
  • Reliable transportation and comfort with required commute
  • Flexibility to participate in a Microsoft Teams interview (15–30 minutes)
  • Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to student caseloads as assigned
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans targeted to students’ educational and functional needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
  • Provide documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with educational staff regarding student progress, therapy goals, and classroom strategies
