The ideal candidate is committed to creating positive outcomes, is adaptable in various school settings, and holds a CTC credential.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Current California OT licensure and CTC credential required
  • Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy is beneficial
  • Comfortable in both onsite and virtual (Voco) settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
  • Flexibility and organizational skills, especially for itinerant assignments
  • Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with school staff and administrators to optimize student access to services
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress in compliance with educational standards
  • Adapt strategies and interventions to varied environments, both in-person and remote
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and support teams as required
