As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work alongside educators to evaluate students, design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver a range of therapeutic interventions. With a diverse caseload from kindergarten through senior year, each day brings variety and the chance to make meaningful contributions. Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Texas Occupational Therapist (TX OT Certification)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred (evaluations, IEP development, direct treatment)
  • Comfortable managing K-12 caseloads with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to fostering student independence and success
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine student needs and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to support fine motor, sensory, adaptive, and functional skills
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reports in compliance with state and district standards
