A contract opportunity is open for a dedicated Occupational Therapist seeking to make a positive impact on K-8th grade students. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule—work between 16 and 28 hours per week across 2 to 5 days—serving a manageable caseload of 12-15 students. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of Ohio (OH OT license)
  • Previous experience delivering occupational therapy (OT or COTA level) within school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and parents
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapy interventions for students in grades K-8
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group OT sessions focusing on fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
  • Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and recommend adaptive strategies
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards
  • Monitor and communicate student progress including participation in team meetings
