Responsibilities include delivering direct in-person OT services to students, collaborating with education staff to address learning barriers, performing assessments, and documenting progress to ensure compliance and effective outcomes. Occupational Therapists will also provide virtual supervision for COTAs as needed, allowing assistants to focus on hands-on support in the school setting.
