Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Paso Robles, California.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are committed to helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in a supportive school environment.
 

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to approximately 25 students across 3 school sites
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for motor skills, sensory integration, and functional performance
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions onsite (in-person requirement)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines (IDEA)

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or eligible California OT license
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes, sensory integration, and fine motor development
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.86 to $68.86. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
