Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting their growth and learning as an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract role offers the opportunity to work with elementary through high school students, each with unique and diverse needs. Your expertise will help empower students with various disabilities—ranging from mild to severe—to thrive in their educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapist certification is required
  • Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
  • Ability to provide services across a range of disabilities and age groups
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Comfortable utilizing technology for remote meetings/interviews
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting students’ functional, academic, and social development
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and success in the classroom
  • Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals tailored to each student
  • Provide training, consultation, and resources to staff and families as needed
  • This position provides an opportunity to work weekdays, Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day, making it ideal for those seeking a predictable, school-based schedule. Interviews will be scheduled promptly, with a choice of virtual or in-person formats for your convenience.
