School Occupational Therapist | San Jacinto, California

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver direct therapy to students across several school sites, helping them achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Your expertise will be essential in improving student access, participation, and the development of crucial functional skills needed for their academic journey.
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in California
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• In-depth understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations as needed
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and offer recommendations for adaptations, accommodations, and assistive devices
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote inclusive learning environments
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic student support
• Offer guidance and resources to school staff on strategies for student success
This contract role offers a competitive pay range of $55–$65 per hour and the unique opportunity to impact lives across multiple sites.
