Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold an active Arizona OT license
  • Current IVP Fingerprint Card required
  • Prior experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued
  • Confident facilitating therapy for a diverse age range from PreK to 8th grade
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and students
  • Organized and able to manage a caseload (TBD) independently
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and implement individualized therapy plans for students requiring OT intervention
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports in compliance with district requirements
  • Develop creative and engaging therapy activities tailored to student needs
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and families to maximize student participation in the classroom
  • Foster a supportive environment for students as they work toward their goals
  • This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of 40 hours per week over the course of the school year (August 2026 through May 2027, subject to change). You'll find fulfillment every day as you empower students, build relationships, and grow in your professional skills.
