What you’ll bring:

Valid and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license

Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with elementary school students

Solid understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal setting

Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

What you’ll do:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as specified in IEPs

Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student outcomes

Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements

Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and goals

Provide resources and support to classrooms as needed
