Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Active and current Occupational Therapy licensure required

School-based OT experience highly preferred, but not required for consideration

Commitment to district credentialing procedures (district-managed onboarding, background checks, and documentation)

Flexibility to support caseloads or campuses as assigned

Strong communication and collaborative skills when partnering with educators, students, and families

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to students as determined by IEPs or educational needs

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administration to promote student independence

Participate in IEP meetings and document service delivery in compliance with district procedures

Adapt interventions and equipment recommendations to best support each learner’s needs

Manage evolving caseload assignments and documentation associated with service delivery
