Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Maintain an active OT license in the state of practice
  • Prior experience as an OT in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and create individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to integrate strategies in the classroom
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students, enhancing their academic participation and daily living skills
  • Document all services, maintaining compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your clinical insight to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current in best practices
  • Experience comprehensive support and professional growth in this role.
