Step into an impactful contract opportunity serving students as an Occupational Therapist in a supportive educational setting near Brighton, CO! This position is onsite only, providing the chance to collaborate closely with passionate professionals and make a meaningful difference in students’ lives. The assignment runs from now until May 20th, 2027, with a consistent Tuesday through Friday work week, 36 hours total—giving you a healthy work-life balance while delivering essential therapeutic services to deserving students.

What we’re looking for:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license (required)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based OT
  • Ability to work with elementary, middle, and high school populations, conducting evaluations and supporting caseload needs
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to both support and evaluation roles as needed
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple site assignments and documentation
  • In this position, you’ll:

  • Conduct on-site OT evaluations for students (elementary, middle, and overflow as assigned)
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions at designated sites within the district
  • Support diverse caseloads, working alongside educators and families
  • Collaboratively develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student goals
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation to support student progress
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP planning
  • This role offers the satisfaction of supporting young learners in a connected school community, with the stability of a long-term contract through May 2027. Flexible scheduling Tuesday through Friday (7:30 AM–4:30 PM) ensures your weekends are wide open.
