In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic academic team and provide essential services to help students achieve greater independence and participate fully in their school day. This is an on-site opportunity where your dedication to student care and adaptability will make all the difference, especially as district transitions and board meetings bring upcoming change.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active California Occupational Therapy license
  • Recent school-based experience required—confidence managing a K-5 caseload independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills for parent, staff, and student interaction
  • Comfortable working onsite, with flexibility for both full-time (preferred) or part-time schedules
  • Ability to start promptly in September and commit through December
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services per student IEPs
  • Assess, document, and monitor progress for elementary students
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting standards
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, sharing insights for student success
