A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist interested in making a difference in school settings. Serve as a vital support for students’ development and access to learning for an established district near Glendale, CA. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year. Enjoy a part-time schedule of three days per week (21-24 hours), working across multiple campuses and engaging with a diverse student body.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active California Occupational Therapy license
  • Proven experience in school-based occupational therapy
  • Understanding of IEP processes and providing therapy in educational settings
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to evolving caseload needs
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Your role will involve:

  • Delivering occupational therapy services to students, supporting their physical, sensory, and motor development
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing to IEPs, and documenting progress
  • Monitoring and adjusting intervention plans to meet students’ unique needs
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student success in the classroom environment
  • Traveling between assigned campuses (mileage may be reimbursed)
  • Ongoing communication with administration as caseload details are finalized
