Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Valid state OT license or eligibility to obtain before the start date
  • Willingness to work at the elementary level, supporting diverse student needs
  • Acceptance of Clinical Fellows (CFs); experience preferred but not required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student IEP goals
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapy services for students within elementary school settings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s needs and educational objectives
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each child’s functional and academic progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
  • Manage a balanced caseload across one or two schools, as assigned
