Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Recent experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings
  • Skill working with fine and gross motor development in children
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic about individualized student progress
  • Experience with home health OT or related healthcare roles is a plus
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Assess and document students’ motor skills, strengths, and areas for developmental support
  • Design and implement tailored interventions for fine and gross motor needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster optimal growth
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide timely progress updates as needed
  • Travel to various assigned locations within the district for service delivery, if necessary
