  • Previous experience in a school or healthcare setting preferred
  • Understanding of best practices in pediatric occupational therapy and IEP implementation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with students, families, and staff
  • Proficient in supporting students with varying disabilities and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Ability to support documentation and progress monitoring per school and regulatory standards
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs under OT supervision
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Assist in the evaluation of students’ needs and progress, providing input for IEP and progress meetings
  • Support a wide range of student ages and a variety of disability types
  • Rotate between schools as needed within the district
