Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (Illinois eligible)
  • Previous experience in school-based OT is highly beneficial
  • Open to both in-person and virtual care (voco)
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for pediatric populations and educational settings
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Assess, plan, and implement treatment to help children meet functional and academic goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, document interventions, and participate in team meetings
  • Contribute during Extended School Year (ESY) dates: 6/8 - 7/28
