Qualifications/Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Experience in school, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings
  • Familiarity with IEPs and therapy documentation
  • Passion for supporting K-12 learners with diverse needs
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized plans for K-12 students
  • Provide direct OT services in-person, home health, and/or teletherapy settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal standards
  • Support student progress and independence throughout the academic year
