Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapist License (Dept. of Health)
  • Washington State OSPI ESA license with OT endorsement (must be fully licensed)
  • Previous experience in school-based OT preferred, supporting students with various (mild to severe) disabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week, 7 hours per day
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
  • Accurately document progress and comply with state/federal guidelines
  • Adapt strategies to meet a wide range of student needs
