Qualifications:

  • Active Virginia OT license required
  • Prior school-based OT experience preferred
  • Must meet VA Department of Social Services background check requirements immediately
  • TB test per Virginia regulations
  • Strong communication and consultative skills
  • Responsibilities:

  • Serve two middle schools, with the potential for one elementary addition
  • Manage a caseload of 25 students: 10 direct service, 15 consultative
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services
  • Conduct student evaluations as needed
  • Collaborate with school leadership, program director, and district lead OT
  • Adapt to students’ needs across different educational settings
