Qualifications:

  • Active California OT license required
  • Demonstrated experience in California school settings
  • Proficiency with BOT-3 and Peabody assessments for students aged 3-22 with multiple disabilities
  • Strong skills in data analysis to develop effective recommendations and address parent concerns
  • Ability to work independently, including scheduling based on district priorities
  • Experience with mild to severe K-12 caseloads
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • OTAs not considered
  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variable caseload, including assessments and consultations
  • Provide expert OT services to students across multiple sites
  • Conduct and interpret cognitive and functional assessments
  • Develop and document data-driven recommendations for student services
  • Communicate results and recommendations clearly to staff, families, and administration
  • Manage all aspects of scheduling and prioritizing caseload needs
