Professionally, you’ll grow by collaborating across multiple school sites, working alongside another experienced SLP, and serving a diverse caseload of up to 50 preschool students, ages 3-5. This assignment lets you make a tangible impact on early learners, while also supporting the occupational therapy needs at the schools—an excellent chance to engage in multidisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Valid California licensure or eligibility for both Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience with school-based or early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and organized
  • Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Provide direct therapy and consultative services to preschool-aged students across multiple school sites
  • Caseload management (up to 50 children ages 3–5)
  • Collaborate with another on-site SLP
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and team conferences
  • Support the school’s OT service needs as well
  • Participate in Google Meet interviews
