Qualifications:

  • Active OT license in Connecticut (OTR/L)
  • Experience in school-based and/or healthcare occupational therapy environments preferred
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a small school setting
  • Experience with COTA collaboration is a plus
  • Home health OT experience valued
  • Availability to start ASAP for a 32.5-hour workweek
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success
  • Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in parent and staff meetings as required
