Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based job. Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Dates: 2026-2027 School Year

Caseload: K-12th population

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using appropriate assessment tools
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Adapt classroom environments and materials to support student success
  • Qualifications/ Education:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Maryland OT license (or eligibility)
  • NBCOT certification required
