Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with current licensure in Pennsylvania

Background in providing OT services within a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and school staff

Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage caseload documentation and scheduling

Flexibility to adapt OT interventions to meet varied student needs in an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group therapy for elementary students, targeting fine motor, sensory processing, handwriting, and activities of daily living skills

Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and student progress

Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor each student’s progress toward established goals

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights on student performance and recommended strategies

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
