This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Occupational Therapist seeking to make an impact during the 2026-2027 academic year, from September 3, 2026, through June 23, 2027. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, especially K-5
  • Familiarity with IEP development, assessments, and progress tracking
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptability and creativity in developing individualized interventions
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative OT services to K-5 students according to individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote students' participation in classroom activities
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Offer support, resources, and training to families and staff as needed
