As an integral part of the student support team, you'll help young learners build vital skills for academic and personal success.

Key Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapist license in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure

Prior experience working with children or adolescents, especially in a school or pediatric environment

Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and related documentation

Strong collaboration and communication skills when working alongside educators, families, and other professionals

Quick adaptability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on student growth

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess students’ functional abilities and needs related to learning, mobility, and daily living

Develop, manage, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Deliver direct therapy services in group and 1:1 settings to address student-specific objectives

Educate and collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support classroom success and life skills development

Routinely document progress, maintain compliance records, and support meetings as part of an interdisciplinary educational team

Utilize creative, evidence-based interventions to foster student participation and independence
