Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K–12 students as a full-time Occupational Therapist within a dynamic school environment. This contract position, covering the upcoming 2026–2027 school year, invites both local candidates and traveling professionals ready to make a meaningful difference on site.

Your expertise as a school-based OT will be instrumental in helping students develop essential life skills, access their curriculum, and succeed academically and socially. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to tailor interventions, implement IEPs, and track progress, ensuring each child receives the support needed to achieve their goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and current OT licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience or genuine interest in working within K–12 settings
  • Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills
  • Comfort providing on-site services and adapting to diverse caseloads
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services for students across elementary to high school grade levels
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
  • Maintain accurate records, attend IEP meetings, and provide progress updates
  • Promote inclusion and advocate for students’ needs within the school community
