Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position with a school district in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for a dedicated OT to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students' needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Washington Occupational Therapy license is required (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification is required (or eligibility to obtain).
OSPI Fingerprint Clearance is required (must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete the process).
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
