This full-time, onsite contract opportunity focuses on supporting an infant and toddler caseload, including participation in Child Find initiatives. Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Maryland
  • Previous experience with school-based OT services preferred
  • Strong understanding of pediatric therapy, early intervention, or Child Find processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively with families
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic services onsite to infants and toddlers as part of a comprehensive educational support team
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions to promote student success and participation in daily activities
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and communication in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to maximize outcomes for each child
  • Participate in Child Find activities, conducting screenings and evaluations to identify children in need of support services
  • Support inclusive practices in classrooms and adapt strategies to meet student needs
