Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)

Provide direct therapy, consultation, and training to staff and caregivers

Maintain accurate, timely records and required documentation per district and state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the process of goal setting and progress monitoring

Adapt and modify classroom materials to increase student participation and independence
