In this role, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess students’ functional abilities and design interventions tailored to their unique needs. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid and current state OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive OT evaluations
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for empowering students of all ages and abilities
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough occupational therapy evaluations for referred students
  • Interpret evaluation results and develop goals and recommendations for IEPs
  • Provide consultation to teachers and staff regarding students’ OT needs
  • Collaborate with families to encourage consistent support across school and home environments
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Adapt to diverse student populations and varying caseload needs
