Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license is required

Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with varying levels of need, spanning mild to severe

Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

Maintain open communication with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s growth

Travel between assigned school sites to ensure comprehensive service delivery

Keep accurate records of student progress, attendance, and documentation as mandated by district and state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
