Key Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy (OT) license required

Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to manage a part-time schedule of 15 hours per week

Dedication to providing compassionate, individualized care for diverse student needs

Responsibilities Include:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ functional strengths and areas for growth

Develop and implement evidence-based therapy interventions within the school environment

Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements

Assist with development and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Provide consultative support and recommend adaptive strategies, tools, or equipment as needed
