Embark on a fulfilling opportunity supporting K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist in a welcoming school environment near Vancouver, WA! This contract position offers the chance to provide essential OT services to a diverse caseload of 55 students, helping each child thrive through tailored interventions and collaborative teamwork.

Your journey will span across engaging locations in Vancouver, Woodland, and Camas, with a schedule totaling 35 hours per week during the school year. You'll make a real difference, empowering students with a variety of needs as you work toward growth, confidence, and independence in their daily school lives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license, with Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Experience delivering OT services in a school setting or working with pediatric populations
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and effectively prioritize student needs
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and educational teams
  • Adaptability and creativity to support progress and participation across grade levels K-12
  • What You'll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans aligned with student IEPs
  • Deliver evidence-based OT services and monitor each student’s progress
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Share expertise with staff to promote strategies that maximize student independence and success
  • Maintain detailed documentation according to school and state guidelines
  • Support transitions and contribute to IEP meetings
