Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience providing OT services in schools preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to design and implement individualized and group interventions
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic setting
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of services
  • Consult with teachers and staff on strategies to support student access and participation
  • Collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills across environments
