Qualifications:

  • Active Texas state license in Occupational Therapy
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
  • Prior experience working with school-age children, preferably K-10
  • Background in assessment, evaluation, and delivery of direct therapy services
  • Comfort working with autistic children
  • Solid knowledge of articulation fluency therapy techniques
  • Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver targeted OT interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Document services and student outcomes
  • Support autistic students and those with articulation fluency needs
  • Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Provide services on-site, one day per week
  • This role offers an hourly pay range of $42-$47, providing flexibility while enabling you to focus on direct student impact within a supportive school community.
