Your primary focus will be early childhood students, working within a dynamic program that values hands-on, exploratory learning. As the caseload will be determined before the assignment, flexibility and a team-oriented mindset are key. This position offers a consistent 32.5-hour workweek throughout the 26/27 school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Current and valid Illinois Occupational Therapy (OT) license
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings highly preferred
  • Strong collaborative skills for integrated team environments
  • Passion for early childhood education and developmental support
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fluid caseload
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
  • Deliver services using a hands-on, play-based approach within the classroom setting
  • Collaborate closely with educators and allied professionals for integrated instruction
  • Contribute input to multidisciplinary meetings and planning
  • Track and report on student progress with clarity and accuracy
