Remote School Occupational Therapist – Washington

Location: Remote (Washington-based candidates preferred)

Type: Full-Time

Description: We are looking for a Virtual Occupational Therapist to work with students in Washington. You will help students develop essential daily living and academic skills through online therapy sessions. This position is for 25 hours/ week. 

Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual evaluations to assess students’ occupational therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care.
• Provide online therapy sessions, using demonstrations and interactive techniques to engage students.
• Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines and educational activities.
• Provide guidance and training to parents and teachers on supporting students’ occupational therapy needs at home and in the classroom.
• Document therapy sessions, student progress, and any modifications to therapy plans.

Requirements:
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with virtual therapy platforms.
