Job Title: Virtual Occupational Therapist (School-Based)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school-based setting and will possess the skills necessary to provide quality therapy services to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with the IEP goals and objectives.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on identified needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to promote the success of the student.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all therapy sessions and progress reports.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations governing special education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
