School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Arkansas
Hourly Pay: $40 - $45 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Type: 1099 Contract (Remainder of the School Year)
Location: Remote

Are you a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with a heart for helping students thrive in their educational environments? We are seeking highly qualified OTs to join our team for the remainder of the school year! This contracted position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning and development.

Position Overview:

As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will support students in developing the skills they need to succeed in school settings. Your expertise will help students improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and overall participation in school routines and activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active OT license in your home state AND in the state where services are provided

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a school or pediatric setting

  • Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)

  • Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based interventions

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success

  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

  • Provide training and support to school personnel on strategies for supporting students’ occupational needs
