Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time school-based position in North Attleboro, MA. The position will begin ASAP and run until June 16, 2025, with the potential for continued summer work. You will primarily work with high school students, but flexibility to support PreK and elementary students is also required.
Position Details:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Start date: ASAP
End date: June 16, 2025 (potential for summer extension)
Primary caseload: High school students, but may include PreK to elementary
Responsibilities: Assist with therapy activities, provide direct therapy to students, collaborate with OT and school staff, and maintain progress notes
Onsite position in North Attleboro, MA
Qualifications:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Massachusetts
Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for helping students develop the skills necessary for academic and social success
